Herbert Mahne Family Foundation

The Herbert Mahne Family Foundation disburses grants annually. Applications will be accepted until September 30, 2008. Grants will be disbursed in December. Applicants must include all required information on the application for grant.

Grant applications must contain:

A one-page cover letter summarizes the project, the amount requested, and the time table for the project
A completed grant application; and
All attachments listed on the application form
